After the tremendous success of the last two women's retreats, we have figured out a way to make this one even better! Capt. Bruce Shuler, the owner of the Getaway Adventures Lodge, has contacted all of his sponsors and anyone attending this retreat will be the benefit of hundreds of dollars of fishing gear!
All attendees will receive extraordinary goodies like rods and reels, tackle boxes and bags, wading gear and more! To say that this retreat will be fantastic would be an understatement!
Learn about fishing from all of the pros at the Getaway Lodge, including topics such as sightcasting, fly fishing, wade fishing, finding fish, and more. Not only will there be some great guides, but tackle and gear manufacturers will be sending their representatives to display and demonstrate their products!
Ten guides will take 3 anglers per boat to experience your choice of fishing styles: Drifting on a boat with lures, sightcasting with lures or flies, wade fishing with lures, and specifically targeting big trout in the fall
This retreat includes all food and lodging, extensive gift list, all seminars, demonstrations along with two days of guided fishing.
Port Mansfield is an unbelievably great fishing location, with tons of shallow water and fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a 3-1/2 to 4 hour drive from Austin or San Antonio, a 5 hour drive from Houston or a very quick flight from either Austin, San Antonio or Houston. If you make reservations in advance, the fares are very inexpensive. There will be an airport shuttle to the Getaway Adventure Lodge.
The cost to attend the Captain Sally's Women's Fishing Retreat in Port Mansfield at the Getaway Adventures Lodge is $585 per person. A $100 deposit will be required upon signup. Cancellations:
Cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellation within two weeks or less of your date of arrival leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space due to the nature of our business. All cancellations prior to 15 days before the retreat will be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your trip will forfeit all advance payments. We regret this policy but these retreats are priced very reasonably and the staff and guides make their livelihood from this operation All no shows DO AFFECT our bottom-line, thereby making it impossible to continue to make available these retreats at such low prices.
