2009-2010 Retreat Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellation within thirty days or less of your date of arrival leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space due to the nature of our business. All cancellations prior to 30 days before the retreat will be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your trip will forfeit all advance payments. We regret this policy but these retreats are priced very reasonably and the staff and guides make their livelihood from this operation All no shows DO AFFECT our bottom-line, thereby making it impossible to continue to make available these retreats at such low prices.
